SUBMIT TO THE KITCHENETTE REVIEW
CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
The Kitchenette Review is seeking original and unpublished prose, poetry, music and visual art for its 2022 online issue, in any genre by emerging and established writers, poets, artists, musicians, and photographers.
Genres include (but are not limited to) fiction, creative nonfiction, essays, poetry, music, short plays, scripts, hybrid texts and visual art. Themes include (but are not limited to) community, love, justice, freedom, and agency.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
To submit to The Kitchenette Review email your work to thekitchenettereview@gmail.com.
Provide the genre of the work you are submitting (i.e. “poetry submission”), followed by your name on the subject line of the email. In the body of the email, include your name, email address and the title of the work you are submitting.
Per submission cycle, there is a limit of ONE submission for prose (20 pages max), and a limit of FIVE works for poetry. For visual art, there is a limit of FIVE images (1500-2500 pixels, dpi), and for music submissions, ONE song (up to 3 minutes) is permitted.
Prose and poetry should be written in 12-point, Times New Roman font, doubled-spaced and submitted in a Microsoft Word document (.doc/.docx); visual art should be submitted in JPG, JPEG or PDF format; music should only be submitted in MP3 format.

We DO NOT accept work that disparages others or promotes violence.
